Okay so I need some insight. I have an alter who constantly changes ages and he is constantly being triggered by everything that happens to me. Like if I get a little sad, or stressed, or if I just don't feel good he is gone. I know he wants to come out sometimes and talk to people but he won't come out at all. What do I do for Reeves who is constantly being triggered by almost everything? I think its starting to give me headaches and I'm worrying about him.

When Logan was very easily triggered, got him a journal that he could distract himself with and I would talk to him soothingly and give him internal hugs. You could get him a jacket or a small toy or a stress ball of some sort that you can take with you places and he can hold onto it. Another thing that would help him is if when he is ready, you could ask him if he wants to journal about his dark and sad feelings because sometimes getting them out on paper can help you let go, you know? But, everyone is different. I know that helped Logan out, but it might not for Reeves. -Leslie

I know he wanted a jacket the other day. I can try getting him one like he wanted. He loves to write about anything when he is not a kid, today he is 16, so I guess when he comes out I can have him write some in his journal. Its just crazy here today! But when things calm down ill give it a shot. Thanks for the advise. :3
